Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of non-combustible & soundproof rockwool.

HIPERTEC® ROOF SOUND is ideal for covering of pitched (≥7%) roofs, offering optimum sound absorption and good sound insulation. The core material consists of orientated fiber high density rockwool, arranged perpendicularly to the plane of the panel and positioned in strips, laid longitudinally with off-set joints and transversely compacted, in such a way as to completely fill the space between the metal facings. During installation, protection against moisture should be provided for at the panel’s eaves. Due to the perforated (vapor permeable) internal face, the indoor temperature & humidity parameters should be taken into consideration during the design phase. Maximum panel length: 15000 mm.
