Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of non-combustible & soundproof rockwool.

SUPERWALL^® HF is ideal for the cladding of buildings facades with high aesthetic requirements. The double labyrinth longitudinal joint – of hidden fixing screw configuration – guaranties increased mechanical resistance and thermal insulation. The core materials consists of orientated fiber high density rockwool, arranged perpendiculary to the plane of the panel and positioned in strips, laid longitudinally with off-set joints and transversely compacted, in such a way as to completely fill the space between the metal facings. The panels can be installed either vertically or horizontally, ofering in this way various architectural options. The fixing screws are applied on the “V” shaped incision, on the external face of the male edge of the panel. For each panel, it is recommended to apply 2 screws – at an axial distance of 30 mm – on each support. The panel’s external face is available in staved or diamond finishing profile, while the internal in micro-ribbed.
