Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of CFC&HCFC-free polyurethane rigid foam.

H-WALL® 8P is ideal for the cladding of building facades with high aesthetic requirements and it is mainly designed for horizontal installation. The deep (20 mm) profile of the external steel face gives the panel the required strength for wall cladding from column to column without the use of intermediate supports, allowing in this way a significant reduce in secondary structure. Moreover, the undulated external face creates soft shading rendering building facades with particular and innovative appearance. The double labyrinth longitudinal joint – of hidden fixing screw configuration – is equipped with pre-installed sealing gasket and guarantees increased mechanical resistance and thermal insulation. The fixing screws are applied on the “V” shaped incision, on the external face of the male edge of the panel. For each panel, it is recommended to apply 2 screws – at an axial distance of 30 mm – on each support. The panel’s internal face is available in micro-ribbed finishing profile.
